Some important changes have been made to the UEFA EURO 2020™ TICKETING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, to the TICKET REFUND POLICY UEFA EURO 2020™ and to the Privacy Notification. Here below is a summary of the changes:
UEFA EURO 2020™ TICKETING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Change of ticket holder: in the event that a ticket holder (main applicant or guest) is unable to attend the relevant match for medical reasons (including but not limited to medical reasons in the context of COVID-19), the main applicant is entitled to transfer such ticket to a friend or family member. The personal details of the new ticket holder must be provided before the match. No immediate action is required. Instructions on how to proceed will be provided closer to the tournament in 2021. The conditions of such transfer are described in art. 7.3.
Note: tickets sold via the official Participating National Association (PNA) fan club programmes will continue to follow the principles of each fan club.

Sanitary measures: to access the stadium, spectators must comply with entry requirements and/or acknowledgements (including any epidemiological acknowledgements, if required) in the context of COVID-19, as notified to them by UEFA. These conditions are described in art. 12.1.

Country specific regulations: to enter the host territory, ticket holders must comply with any requirements which are in place regarding entry (including but not limited to any travel and entry requirements imposed under applicable laws and/or otherwise in the context of COVID-19). These conditions are described in art. 12.1.
TICKET REFUND POLICY UEFA EURO 2020™

Reduction of stadium capacity: the Refund Policy now covers situations in which a reduction of stadium capacity may occur, after the sales of tickets have taken place. If UEFA notifies the ticket buyer that their tickets are not valid following a reduction of stadium capacity, the ticket buyer will receive a refund of an amount equal to the face value of the ticket(s).

Match played behind closed doors: the Refund Policy now covers situations in which a match may be played behind closed doors (i.e.: spectators are not permitted to attend the match), after the sales of tickets have taken place. If UEFA notifies the ticket buyer that their tickets are not valid due to the match being played behind closed doors, the ticket buyer will receive a refund of an amount equal to the face value of the ticket(s).
Privacy Notification

Purposes of the collection, processing and transfer of personal data: the personal data are collected and processed for the purposes of any relevant safety, security and sanitary measures (including sanitary measures in the context of COVID-19) related to the relevant match. The same purposes apply when personal data is further transferred by the Host Association to the relevant authorities.
