Important update for ticket holders

To reflect the current situation and to provide fans with greater flexibility, we have made some changes to our ticketing terms and conditions, refund policy and privacy notification. Please refer to: Changes to the Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy and Privacy Notification.

If you disagree with any of the changes mentioned in that article, you can return your tickets from 14 January until 26 January 2021 by logging into your account at EURO2020.com/tickets.   

If you are no longer able to attend UEFA EURO2020, you can also use this window to return your tickets, until 26 January 2021. 

The refund process starts after the closure of the Ticket Return Portal, in any case no later than February 2021.
