How will the refund be processed after I return my tickets?
TICKETS RETURNED IN MARCH/APRIL 2021
The refund process for the tickets that have been returned between the 25 March and 22 April 2021 will start as soon as possible.
Please note that returned tickets might be cancelled at different stages. You may therefore receive separate email notifications for each ticket you have returned correctly.
In case of refund, you will receive your money back on the card you used to pay for your tickets. If your credit or debit card expired since you paid for the tickets, and the refund is unsuccessful, the amount will be refunded to you by bank transfer. You will be contacted by us at a later stage and will be asked to provide your bank account details.
Please note that for legal reasons we will not be able to process a refund to another credit or debit card than the one used for ticket purchase.
TICKETS RETURNED BETWEEN FEBRUARY 2020 AND JANUARY 2021
If you have returned tickets between February2020 and January 2021 and the refund was successful (i.e.: refund to the card used for the purchase), you should have received a confirmation from us. If you have received our confirmation but you still haven’t received the corresponding amount, we recommend that you get in touch with your bank or credit card provider to check the status of the refund.
If you did not receive a confirmation about the successful refund, this probably means that the refund has failed because the credit card or debit card used for the purchase was no longer valid. In that case, you should have received an email asking you to provide your bank account details for us to process a refund via bank transfer. If you have not provided these details yet, please follow the instructions in that email and fill in the Financial Information section in your profile at:
Once the bank account details have been saved in our system, it might take some time for the refund via bank transfer to be handled, since it’s a manual process and there are several steps involved.
