If you have returned tickets between February 2020 and April 2021 or your tickets were cancelled due to stadium capacity reduction (or other reasons) and the refund was successful (i.e.: refund to the card used for the purchase), you should have received a confirmation from us.
If you have received our confirmation but you still haven’t received the corresponding amount, we recommend that you get in touch with your bank or credit card provider to check the status of the refund.
It may happen that the refund transaction still goes through on our end even when the corresponding card is no longer valid or the corresponding account has closed. Please bear in mind that in such cases, if the bank/card issuer rejects the transaction, it may take some time for the transaction to be received back on our end. As long as the transaction does not bounce back to us, we will not be able to take further action (i.e.: we will not be able to process a refund via bank transfer).
