The refund process for the second return phase (tickets that have been returned between the 18th and 25th June 2020) will start as soon as possible after the closure of the Ticket Return Portal. Refunds will be handled no later than end of July 2020.
Please note that returned tickets might be cancelled at different stages. You may therefore receive separate email notifications for each ticket you have returned correctly.
In case of refund, you will receive your money back on the card you used to pay for your tickets. If your credit or debit card expired since you paid for the tickets, and the refund is unsuccessful, the amount will be refunded to you by bank transfer. You will be contacted by us at a later stage and will be asked to provide your bank account details.
Please note that for legal reasons we will not be able to process a refund to another card than the one used for ticket purchase.
