How will the refund be processed after I return my tickets?
The refund process for the first return phase (tickets that have been returned between the 5th and 26th May 2020) will start no later than June 2020 after the closure of the Ticket Return Portal.
Please note that returned tickets might be cancelled at different stages. You may therefore receive separate email notifications for each ticket you have returned correctly.
In case of refund, you will receive your money back on the card you used to pay for your tickets. If your credit or debit card expired since you paid for the tickets, and the refund is unsuccessful, the amount will be refunded to you by bank transfer. You will be contacted by us at a later stage and will be asked to provide your bank account details.
Please note that for legal reasons we will not be able to process a refund to another credit or debit card than the one used for ticket purchase.
