3. Select RETURN TICKETS from the menu on the right
4. You will then see the list of remaining tickets available for return.
5. Please select the tickets you would like to return. You can return any number of tickets per match. Please note that the ticket buyer cannot return his/her own ticket without returning all his/her guests’ tickets for the required match.
If you would like to return tickets for more than one match, you will need to complete a separate return request for each match.
After you have selected all the tickets that you would like to return, please click on the RETURN SELECTED TICKETS button.
6. You will then be redirected to the page with the RETURN SUMMARY. Please make sure that you have selected the correct tickets and click on RETURN TICKETS.
If you would like to return tickets for more than one match, you need to complete a separate request for the remaining matches.
Once you have submitted your return request, you will receive a confirmation via email outlining the refund process. The refund process will be initiated as soon as possible.
You will receive your money back on the card you used to pay for your tickets. If your credit card expired since you paid for the tickets, and the refund is unsuccessful, the amount will be refunded to you by bank transfer. You will be contacted by us at a later stage and will be asked to provide your bank account details. Please note that for legal reasons we will not be able to process a refund to another credit card than the one used for the purchase.
Important: please submit your ticket return request by 22nd April,18:00 CEST. Until this date, you will still have the possibility to cancel the return of your tickets, if needed.
