For tickets requested within a single application, seats will, when possible, be located next to each other. For tickets requested via separate applications, you and your friends can increase your chances of being seated together by giving your friends your group ID number when applying for tickets.
When you complete your application, you will receive a unique group ID number. This will be indicated on the page confirming your application, as well as in the confirmation email. If you share it with your friends, they can then provide that group ID number when they submit their own ticket applications. This may allow you to be seated together, subject to the availability of seating.
If you and your friend(s) have already purchased tickets.
You have the possibility to be seated next to your friends by following the process below.

Log into the ticket portal by using the following link
Ask your friend his/her Order number.
To find the Order number: click on “Order history” in “My Account” menu once logged into the ticket portal.
Once you have the Order number, click on “SEE DETAILS”.
Scroll down the page until section “SEAT WITH” and insert the number of the order that you wish to be seated together (only one Order number and without any spaces or characters).
After entering the number, please click on the button “SEAT WITH”.
